Common questions
Can I cancel or move my appointment?
Yes. The confirmation e-mail has a link – you can cancel up to 12 hours before. After that, please call us.
What if I’m running late?
Call us. Up to 10 minutes can usually be absorbed; after that the visit may need to be shortened or moved.
How can I pay?
In the salon – cash or card. Nothing to pay online: booking is free.
Do you cut children’s hair?
Yes, children up to 12. A kids’ cut takes about 30 minutes.
How fast do shop orders arrive?
Parcel locker 1–2 business days, courier 1–3. You can also pick up in the salon for free.
